Fabrication of eddy current probes

Delta test produces for its own needs and according to customer specification eddy current probes for inspecting heat exchanger tubes of paramagnetic materials such as:

  • Austenitics
  • Copper-nickel alloys
  • Titanium alloys
  • Aluminium brass

and ferromagnetic materials such as

  • Carbon steel
  • Duplex steels

In addition special eddy current probes for rotary inspections are produced. These are designed for both small inner diameters from DN 15 mm and for larger diameters, then using a centering.

Moreover, different special probes are offered such as the flexible inner probes for the examination of U-bend tubes.
