Manufacturing of calibration bodies for eddy current and ultrasonic inspection

For the calibration of the inspection devices both for eddy current inspections as well as other NDT methods calibration bodies with defined defects are needed.

For this purpose Delta Test produces certified calibration bodies of metallic materials using EDM for both captive as well as on behalf of customers. The characteristics of the artificially created defects are made individually and can therefore be adjusted to the expected kind of damages.

For this work a modern 3-axis CNC erosion machine and trained personnel is available
